1. Before installing the beaded rope, make sure that the direction of the arrow on the beaded rope is consistent with the sawing direction of the wire saw. For some used ropes, the direction of the arrow cannot be seen clearly, and the direction of the wire saw can be identified according to the working direction of the diamond particles on the beads.

2. Insert the beaded rope through the drilled hole on the surface to be cut. Note: When cutting the vertical surface, the beaded rope must enter along the horizontal hole, and then pass through the vertical hole. When cutting the horizontal plane, determine the penetration direction according to the actual position. From the new to the old wire saw, the incoming direction of the beaded rope must always be the same. If worn backwards and used, the entire wire saw may be scrapped.

3. When cutting the bottom surface, it is required to insert a drill bit into the saw seam while cutting, so as to prevent the stone material from pressing down on the running wire saw, causing unnecessary losses and troubles.

4. The beaded rope must be rotated for a certain number of turns before connecting. The rotation direction is the same as that of the wire rope (so that the wire rope tends to be tightened). The number of turns of the wire rope = the length of the beaded rope (M) × 1-3 (circles / M) as shown
