1, strictly abide by the safety regulations, control personnel must be trained after a move control equipment. 

2, before use, should check and confirm that the power cable and control point are normal, good grounding, safe and effective protection device.

 3. The control table of the rope saw machine is placed 5m above the front of the rope saw machine. The control personnel shall not directly face the cutting direction of the rope saw. 

4. After confirming the safety protection device or adopting the protection method, the surrounding personnel can start the rope saw machine after making the safe position. 

5. In vertical cutting, it is forbidden to stand in the same direction as the beaded rope cutting line to watch, nor can double cutting track. When moving the cold water pipe, it should be controlled from the front of the cutting to prevent injuries caused by beaded rope fracture.

 6, in order to ensure safety, whether manual or automatic cutting, do not allow control personnel to leave the equipment, cutting should be transferred to manual control, gradually reduce the walking speed. 

7. In order to prevent personnel and equipment damage caused by lightning strike, effective lightning protection measures should be adopted for operation in high mountain and tired area, and lightning pins should be set around the equipment. 

8. After each work, the power supply of the control box should be disconnected in time and the mud of the equipment should be washed in time.

 9. Grease should be added to the parts that need lubrication according to the requirements on schedule. If the equipment is out of use for a long time, it should be properly kept, so as to prevent rain, moistureproof and abundant lubrication, so as to avoid operation failure caused by long-term restrictions of the equipment
