Cause Analysis 
As the carrier of the beads, the life of the wire rope restricts the life of the wire saw. According to the calculation of the 14.85m special-shaped wire saw, from the beginning of use to the scrapping of the wire saw, the use time reaches more than 600H, and the linear speed is 22m/s. Under the premise that the wire rope is subjected to alternating load during the use period, it must be cycled for more than 3×106 times , it will easily cause the fatigue fracture of the wire rope; and after the joint is crimped, it will cause certain damage to the wire rope, which will cause the wire rope at the joint to break ahead of time. Therefore, we must choose an extremely good wire rope material.

① Due to machine reasons, the rope saw runs erratically and vibrates frequently, which will easily lead to frequent breakage of intermediate ropes and joints; 
② The customer unilaterally pursues cutting efficiency and forcibly cuts off the knife, which causes the wire saw to run too arc and the tension is too large, which in turn causes the wire rope to break; 
③ After the injection molding cutting wire saw is used for a certain period of time, part of the cooling water and chips will be injected between the plastic and the wire rope. If it is parked for too long, it will cause the wire rope to rust and become brittle, and the middle of the wire rope will break in advance; 
④ Due to the manufacturer's reasons, the beads are not fixed firmly, and the beads rotate or move. After the beads are rotated, the wire rope will be broken in a short time, and the broken wire rope will be exposed and lost after the movement, which will also cause the wire rope to break in advance; 

⑤ If the joint is too tight, it will increase the damage of the wire rope and cause the wire rope at the joint to break ahead of time. 

Solution
In view of the above analysis of the reasons, the manufacturer and the user should jointly adopt the following measures to solve the premature breakage of the wire rope.
① Select high-precision machines and maintain them well during use to ensure machine performance, increase the smoothness of wire saw operation, and reduce jitter;
② Reduce the amount of lower knife and adjust it to a moderate level;
③ Do not park the used wire saw for a long time, such as more than half a year;
④ Stable injection quality to ensure that the beads do not rotate and move. The wire saw should be checked in time after cutting for a period of time. If the beads rotate occasionally, they should be broken by hammering.
⑤ Appropriately withholding to reduce the damage of the wire rope.
Before use, the professional equipment for concrete cutting should be checked, and the unqualified parts should be repaired and dealt with in time. If the beads used on the wire rope of the wire saw are loose, they should be broken up to avoid working with potential safety hazards.
